Q. Normal images are blurred when capturing.
A. Make sure to use an exclusive vinyl cover for Qray pen or Qray pen C. If you use a vinyl cover with different speifications, it may be loose and resulting in blurred shots such as light reflection.
B. Check the lens as stains or moisture inside the lens may get stuck.
